Construction Superintendent Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Construction Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on construction projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel while ensuring safety and compliance with project plans. Responsibilities + Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel. + Monitor project schedules and help keep work on track. + Enforce site safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment. + Conduct site walks and address construction issues as they arise. + Communicate project updates with project managers, clients, and field teams. + Ensure work is completed in compliance with project plans and specifications. Essential Skills + Experience supervising construction projects in the field. + Strong communication and leadership skills. + Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. + OSHA 10 Certification (required). Additional Skills & Qualifications + Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site. Work Environment The work environment is primarily on-site for five days a week, involving active coordination and supervision of construction activities. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and maintaining a professional standard in construction management. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Concord, NH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
