Siding Supervisors 131 Rockingham Road, Derry, NH 03038 Full-time Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Siding Supervisor to lead and oversee siding installation projects on construction sites. In this role, you will coordinate teams, ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout each project. Your leadership will drive project success, foster teamwork, and ensure client satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to manage construction operations while utilizing your expertise in siding installation and construction management software. Qualifications - Siding Supervisor (2 Positions Available) Active MA & NH Contractor License (required) 5+ years of hands-on experience installing and supervising vinyl siding systems Strong knowledge of siding installation including soffit, fascia, trim, flashing, and weatherproofing Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and manufacturer specifications Proven experience managing crews and overseeing projects from start to finish Strong understanding of job site safety and OSHA standards Preferred / Plus Experience Experience with additional siding systems (fiber cement, wood, metal, composite, etc.) Background in exterior remodeling (roofing, windows, doors, decking) Experience with project scheduling or management software Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Leadership & Work Skills Strong leadership and crew supervision skills Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control Ability to troubleshoot and solve installation issues on-site Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines Strong communication skills with crews, management, and clients Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions Ability to manage multiple job sites simultaneously Join our team as a Siding Supervisor where your expertise will directly impact the success of our projects!
