The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Superintendent should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience with field supervision responsibilities Strong knowledge of commercial building systems and construction processes OSHA 30 certification required CSL License preferred Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects with high client satisfaction Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents Experience with site layout and surveying activities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, and Bluebeam Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera or similar scheduling software preferred Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation First Aid and CPR certification preferred What's on Offer Base salary of $92,000 - $115,000, depending on experience Comprehensive medical, dental, and optional vision coverage Health reimbursement and flexible spending account options Company-paid life insurance and short/long-term disability coverage 401(k) and Roth 401(k) retirement plans Tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development opportunities Career advancement within a growing organisation Company-provided phone and work-related equipment Generous paid time off, volunteer day, and employee incentive programs Collaborative culture focused on employee wellbeing, work-life balance, and long-term success
