The Daily Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for subcontractors, and field crews — ensuring seamless communication and execution from pre-construction through closeout.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work Conduct site visits and walkthroughs to monitor progress and quality daily. Being onsite daily to help the field crew with tasks. Identify and proactively resolve schedule conflicts, design issues, and field conditions Direct and coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company standards Mentor and support field supervisors and crew members as needed
