You will lead 5 to 7 residential painting crews at a time, with a steady pipeline of booked projects waiting for you.
Who You Are:
You have at least 2 years of experience in project or production management (or a similar role) in painting or a related home service industry. You have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. You are a people-loving leader who treats every homeowner like they matter You take pride in finishing a job so well that customers leave five-star reviews without being asked You are calm under pressure and the person crews look to when something goes sideways You love owning a project from the first client call to the final walkthrough You believe in growing as a person, not just climbing a title You bring real experience in project management, construction, or home services

What You Will Do Each Day:
Communicate with clients when new projects come in and provide daily updates Maintain and organize client info in the CRM and create work orders Recruit, interview, onboard, and train new subcontractors Build monthly schedules for subs and clients Oversee production on 5 to 7 crews, including jobsite setups and quality control Perform final walkthroughs and handle job costing in spreadsheets
