We are looking for an experienced Roofing Site Supervisors who can lead field operations, maintain high safety standards, and ensure every project is completed on time and to our quality expectations. Responsibilities Supervise roofing crews on residential and commercial projects. Coordinate daily work schedules and jobsite activities. Ensure all work meets company quality standards and local building codes. Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA safety requirements. Inspect completed work and resolve quality issues. Communicate with customers, project managers, and subcontractors. Order and manage materials and equipment deliveries. Track labor hours, job progress, and project documentation. Train and mentor crew members. Resolve field issues while maintaining production schedules. Qualifications 2+ years of roofing supervisory or foreman experience. Strong knowledge of asphalt shingles, metal roofing, TPO, EPDM, or other roofing systems. Ability to read plans and specifications. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. OSHA certification is preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience. Performance bonuses.
