The Role we are hiring for: This person will supervise a crew and play an integral part in every stage of roofing installations or repairs. They will complete projects on time and within budget, while making sure that the roofing teams work in safe conditions. To carry out their duties, Roofing Production Site Managers require skills and experience in supervision, costing, and project planning, in addition to excellent knowledge of roofing techniques and materials.

The Requirements needed:

You have technical knowledge and 3-5 years of experience with asphalt shingle roofing You have technical knowledge and 3-5 years of experience with metal roofing You understand the roofing process and can effectively train, coach, and mentor others You can follow plans, but are confident in adapting and improvising as needed You are efficient with your time and managing crews to meet deadlines The Skills you bring: Strong work ethic and drive-seeing the job through to completion with quality and accuracy You embrace our company values Strong leadership and supervisory experience Confidence Assertive and decisive Intuitiveness Effective communication skills You are able to understand cause and effect and the impact decisions can make on others
