With a strong backlog of work, a collaborative culture, and a commitment to craftsmanship, they continue to grow while maintaining a personalized approach to every project. Job Description Oversee all on-site construction activities from project kickoff through completion. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes. Coordinate daily site operations, logistics, inspections, and material deliveries. Communicate regularly with project stakeholders regarding progress, scheduling, and project updates. Maintain project documentation, field reports, and schedule tracking. Identify and resolve construction issues proactively to minimize delays and budget impacts. Uphold the highest standards of craftsmanship on luxury residential projects. The Successful Applicant 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a residential construction company. Proven background managing high-end custom homes, luxury residential projects, or significant residential renovations. Ability to work independently and manage projects located away from the corporate office. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety practices, and quality control. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience coordinating subcontractors and driving project schedules. Comfortable traveling throughout New Hampshire as project needs evolve. Must be commutable to areas including Sunapee, Lake Winnipesaukee, and the New Hampshire Seacoast. What's on
