Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team and drive the seamless execution of construction projects. More about this job In this role, you will coordinate project documentation, manage schedules, and facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in construction management software and project coordination will be instrumental in maintaining efficiency and clarity throughout each phase of construction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects while honing your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Oversee and organize all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and daily reports. Utilize construction management software like Bluebeam, CAD and Yardi, and other tools to track progress, budgets, and schedules. Assist with project scheduling and timeline management using Microsoft Office Tools and Teams to ensure milestones are met. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and timely delivery of materials and services. Support construction estimating processes by providing accurate data and assisting with cost tracking. Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, contracts, and project specifications. Maintain detailed records of project progress, change orders, contractual documents, and correspondence for transparency and accountability. Contribute to project management efforts by supporting schedule updates, resource allocation, and time management strategies. Experience Proven experience in construction administration or project coordination within the construction industry. Familiarity with construction site operations and understanding of construction workflows. Hands-on experience with construction management software such as Bluebeam, CAD and Yardi, or similar estimating tools. Knowledge of contract administration and the ability to interpret contractual obligations effectively. Strong skills in project scheduling, time management, and document control practices. Prior exposure to commercial construction projects is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
