Job Description

The Associate Client Manager is responsible for day-to-day servicing of Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI) clients through proficient customer service by adhering to the following duties:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist team with clients and insurance companies; apply knowledge of insurance policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all clients. Handle project enrollment requests. Update Excel billing reports with enrollment information. Process billings in a timely manner. Review client's policies for accuracy and consistency with quotations, binders, and expired policies. Initiate policy change requests and maintain a diary system until receipt of endorsement. Deliver endorsements to clients in a timely basis. Maintains diary system for all transactions in Epic and well as the SDI open items list. Service clients with inputting client and policy information into EPIC, renewal processing, requesting loss runs and subcontractor reports, as well as any other related duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Demonstrates effective presentation skills through verbal and written communications. Demonstrates the organization's core values, exuding behavior that is aligned with corporate culture. Exhibits excellent client service and problem-solving skills. Can comfortably work in a team environment. Ability to Shift Priorities Quickly. Time Management & Prioritization. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and the ability to learn any other appropriate insurance company and firm software programs.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or Equivalent. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Prior insurance experience is not required but beneficial. Holder of appropriate insurance agent license(s) not required (must be willing and able to obtain all required licenses within 90 days). The starting pay for this position is $55,000 - $60,000+ annually. Salary is negotiable upon time of hire.
