GPI is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Construction Inspection to lead and grow our inspection and construction management efforts across Central and North Jersey. For more information, visit: www.gpinet.com What You'll Do Manage construction inspection assignments for roadway, bridge, and infrastructure projects Lead, mentor, and oversee Resident Engineers, inspectors, and field staff Serve as the primary client contact for NJDOT, county, and municipal projects Oversee project budgets, schedules, staffing, and overall performance Ensure compliance with contract requirements, specifications, and safety standards Review daily reports, change orders, and contractor progress Support business development, including proposals and client engagement
What You'll Bring:
8-15+ years of construction inspection or construction management experience Prior experience managing NJDOT or similar transportation projects strongly preferred Strong leadership and client-facing skills NICET certification, PE license, or EIT preferred Solid understanding of roadway, bridge, and infrastructure construction practices Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
