Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description

A top restoration company is looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager. They need someone who is skilled with running both residential and commercial losses. Qualifications Minimum 5+ years commercial construction management experience. Direct experience in water/fire restoration reconstruction. Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration projects. Proficiency in DASH software (required) Xactimate experience preferred. Knowledge of NJ commercial building codes and permitting. Clean criminal background and clean driving record. OSHA 30 preferred. IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) preferred.
