Assistant Project Manager- Construction BFW Group LLC Camden, NJ Job Details Full-time $75,000 - $90,000 a year 13 hours ago Benefits Disability insurance Relocation assistance Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Professional development assistance Qualifications Contract management Teamwork Microsoft Excel Management Construction project management Schedule management Full Job Description BFW Group LLC provides staff augmentation, construction project management, and construction administration to non-profits, large CM/GC partners, developers, government, housing authorities, schools, health care, k-12 schools, colleges and institutions in the Mid-Atlantic region. BFW is a CM Agency.
Duties Include:
Work with Client to plan, schedule, oversee, and manage on-site activities of the project to ensure project's goals and schedules are met. Assist with managing and tracking RFIs, submittals, cut sheets and other project control documentation. Assist with inspections and help manage operations in the field to meet design standards and owner's intent Complete accurate daily reports including weather and subcontractor manpower reports, safety logs, equipment rentals, and other reports as needed. Assist with managing safety on the job to ensure that all contractors and sub-contracts follow OSHA standards. Conduct safety audits with Safety Manager. Set up, oversee and cause to be maintained phone systems, internet WI-FI, fax, office furniture, and any other systems necessary for operation of trailer. Record and distribute meeting minutes as required Ensure that required notices are posted and updated at job site. Assist PM with punch list, project close-out, and other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience on a construction site
Construction Management/Architure/Engineering Degree Salary and Benefits :
