Ground-Up Multi-Family Residential Development The Opportunity:
You will serve as the primary on-site field leader driving daily execution, subcontractor coordination, and safety for premier residential developments. This role offers complete site autonomy to direct trade sequencing and enforce rigorous quality standards for a fast-growing developer. Your field presence will directly ensure projects are built safely, on schedule, and in complete alignment with design specifications. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Direct daily trade activities and coordinate site logistics to maintain a continuous, efficient project schedule. Inspect all structural and building system installations prior to coverage to guarantee complete design compliance. Enforce strict OSHA guidelines and company safety policies across all active trade partners on-site daily. Coordinate third-party inspections and manage municipal compliance workflows to ensure smooth progress toward TCO. Track daily site logs, manpower counts, material inventory, and progress reports in Procore to keep leadership informed. Lead daily foreman meetings and resolve trade sequencing conflicts proactively to eliminate field bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
5 to 10 years of ground-up new construction management experience, preferably on mid-to-high-rise residential structures. Demonstrated mastery of reading and interpreting complete construction drawings, including structural, architectural, and MEP plans. Strong hands-on knowledge of municipal agency requirements, utility coordination, and code compliance. Proficiency with construction management software platforms such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Hands-on experience utilizing BIM, Navisworks, Revit, or AutoCAD software on active job sites. Experience managing multi-phase residential builds featuring both market-rate and affordable units.
