Construction Project Manager - Job Description We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple interior construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time. This role requires excellent coordination with clients, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project alignment and satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage multiple interior construction projects simultaneously. Coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, and vendors. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and building codes. Organize and lead project meetings, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure all materials and resources are available and delivered on schedule. Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer service. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in project management within the commercial interiors or construction industry. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Procore, or similar. Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. PMP certification is a plus. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edison, NJ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $52.88/hr.
