New Jersey , Hammonton Job Description Project Manager - Commercial Reconstruction Restoration We are partnering with a well-established multi-location restoration company that is looking to add an experienced Commerical Reconstruction Project Manager to their team. This individual will play a key role in leading commercial restoration projects from start to finish—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results. Core Responsibilities

• Manage commercial reconstruction projects from initial handoff through completion.
• Oversee water, fire, mold, and catastrophic commercial rebuild projects.
• Interpret mitigation scopes and convert them into executable reconstruction plans.
• Review and validate insurance-based estimates (Xactimate preferred).
• Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors and procurement.
• Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial clients and insurance stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, IICRC, and NJ building codes.
• Track job costs, margins, and billing approvals.
• Utilize DASH (NetGear Solutions) for job tracking and documentation.
