Kenilworth, NJ (travel to job sites throughout Union, Essex, and Morris Counties)

Based on experience, discussed during interview Job type: Full-time, Monday to Friday About Us UNO Group Home Improvements is a general contractor specializing in residential remodeling. We're growing and looking for an experienced estimator and project coordinator to join our team and keep our projects running smoothly. What You'll Do Meet with homeowners, walk the job, take field measurements, and define the scope of work Build accurate estimates and proposals from plans and site conditions Present pricing to homeowners and help close projects Schedule and coordinate our crews and subcontractors Be the point of contact for homeowners during construction Track timelines and progress, and solve problems before they slow the job down What We're Looking For 4+ years of residential construction or remodeling experience Estimating experience, plus the ability to read blueprints and plans Solid knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and materials Experience coordinating trades and subcontractors Comfortable running homeowner meetings on your own Organized, accountable, and good at follow-through Spanish required: you'll communicate daily with our Spanish-speaking crews (English/Spanish bilingual) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pay:
$70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
