Assistant Supervisor - Day Habilitation Services (Lakewood) On-siteVocationalFull time Lakewood, New Jersey, United States Description Join our team as an Assistant Supervisor supporting adults with developmental disabilities at our Lakewood Adult Training Center and affiliated community-based program sites. In this role, you will contribute to the daily coordination of program activities, provide hands-on vocational and life skills instruction, and support individuals in building greater independence and community participation. This position also includes oversight responsibilities such as guiding and supporting staff, helping ensure adherence to individualized service plans, monitoring documentation accuracy, and assisting with the implementation of employment-focused and skill-building programming. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities, along with the capacity to work collaboratively with participants, families, community partners, and funding or regulatory agencies. Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

Pay:
