PAY RANGE

$80,000 - $95,000 annually, based off experience

SHIFT:

This is Monday through Friday position, but sporadic weekends as needed for business appointments

ROLE SUMMARY

Riverview is seeking a motivated, customer-facing professional with landscaping sales experience to become our Landscape Construction/Enhancement Design Sales Representative. This is a full-time position with a compensation mix of base pay plus commission. You will be expected to work from our Branch office location while also traveling to meet potential and existing customers. This role will report directly to the local Branch Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Create a scope of work for potential customers; design and provide estimates for landscaping construction/enhancement projects; submit client bids Be the main point of contact for all customers, and liaison between customers and our operations team. Ensure the highest level of customer service and that all contracts are properly serviced Work with our branch Field Operations Manager to complete the jobs within budget Regularly communicate timeline of services to clients; assist with accounts receivable as needed Ensure that urgent situations are addressed and executed properly Maintain day-to-day working knowledge of all contracts in progress, including field completion status.

JOB QUAULIFICATIONS

: 5-7+ years professional experience in landscape sales to commercial and/or residential customers Knowledge of hardscaping and landscaping installation Ability to design and bid jobs according to complex customer needs within profitability targets plus experience with estimating out projects Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred:

sales experience using a CRM (Aspire, Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent)
