This is a hands-on role with full project ownership from preconstruction through closeout, reporting directly to firm leadership. What you'll do Lead all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain CPM schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts Administer contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate with owners, design teams, consultants, and subcontractors Monitor construction progress through site visits and regular field meetings Partner with superintendents to keep field operations aligned with budget and schedule Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety requirements, and quality standards Lead project meetings and own clear, professional communication with owners and project partners What we're looking for 7+ years managing public construction projects, including recent experience on jobs of $15M+ Working knowledge of NJ public procurement, prevailing wage, and

procedures Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Structural, Civil, and MEP documents Experience running CPM schedules and construction cost controls Proficiency in a major construction management platform (Autodesk Build preferred; Procore acceptable), Primavera or MS Project, Bluebeam, and Excel Strong written communication — you'll draft RFIs, submittals, and formal correspondence Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent experience

Location:

Based out of our Towaco, NJ office, with weekly travel to active NJ project sites.
