Full-Time Build Custom Homes. Grow Your Future. Mountaintop Construction Inc. is seeking a driven Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to join our growing team. If you have 5+ years of experience in high-end custom homes and are Bilingual (English/Spanish), this is your opportunity. Key Responsibilities You will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and to our high quality standards.

Project Management:

Manage residential/commercial projects from planning to closeout.

Tech:

Utilize Buildertrend software for project tracking, documentation, and reporting.

Coordination:

Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractor work to ensure timely delivery.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and field teams.

Financials:

Prepare estimates and track project budgets.

Quality Control:

Conduct site visits and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or APM roles.

Industry Focus:

Experience working on custom projects from start to finish in high-end homes.

Language:

Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.

Tech Skills:

Experience with Buildertrend or similar project management software.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and High School diploma/GED required.

Soft Skills:
