Building Construction Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for leading construction projects from inception to completion? We are APS Contracting, Inc., a growing general contracting firm specializing in public sector projects, including renovations, additions, and new construction. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage public sector construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, and government agencies Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and contracts Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and public procurement requirements Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reporting Lead project teams and manage subcontractor performance Resolve issues related to project scope, costs, or delays
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management Strong knowledge of procurement and compliance Experience managing renovations, additions, and new construction Proficiency in project scheduling software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, MS Project) Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
