Master's degree from an accredited college or university. Valid New Jersey Supervisor Certificate in accordance with

N.J.A.C. 6A

9B-12.7. Valid New Jersey certification as a Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant (LDTC), School Psychologist, School Social Worker, Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Teacher of Students with Disabilities endorsement, or Teacher of the Handicapped. Minimum of five (5) years of successful teaching or related educational experience, in special education or as a member of the Child Study Team (CST). Demonstrated knowledge ofo child development of students with disabilities and special education laws and regulations (N.J.A.C. 6

14). Experience and capacity to supervise and support Child Study Team members. Strong understanding of instructional strategies, classroom management, assessments, and diagnostic tools. High level of integrity, professionalism, and initiative. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage students, staff, parents, and community members.
