Position Summary:
As a Field Supervisor, you ensure projects are completed with attention to detail and client satisfaction. You inspire your team to provide exceptional service, supervise all jobs in progress, act as a liaison between the office and the field, and schedule paint jobs. Communication with the foreman is crucial, ensuring they understand the scope of work and materials required. During daily site visits, you assist crews in solving problems, monitor quality, and maintain accurate job records. You also participate in weekly operations, safety, and scheduling meetings.
Core Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Lead training, retention, and solicitation efforts for Field Operations Staff (FOS).
- Manage scheduling and coordination of paint jobs.
- Perform monthly Van Audits and manage Penntek chip inventory.
- Collect customer reviews and track quality control through T-sheets.
- Oversee safety topics, inspections, and job-site safety compliance.
- Order materials, ensure sufficient stock is on-site, and maintain a tidy shop.
- Participate in quality audits and safety huddles.
