With 9 offices across the Northeast, this firm has built a strong reputation delivering high-quality commercial interior renovations and tenant fit-outs for financial institutions, corporate offices, retail, and healthcare clients. The company maintains a steady pipeline of repeat work and is continuing to expand its project teams.

Compensation:

$100,000 to $120,000 base salary + bonus

Location:

New Jersey (in person)

Responsibilities:

Manage commercial interior construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost tracking Coordinate subcontractor buyout, scope review, and contract negotiations Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation Lead coordination between owners, architects, engineers, and field teams Support field operations alongside Superintendents to maintain schedule and quality Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client standards

Requirements:

4-10+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor Strong background managing interior fit-outs / tenant improvement projects Experience with corporate office, retail, healthcare, or financial institution projects Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong subcontractor coordination and client communication skills Why Join Employee-Owned Company (ESOP)
