We're seeking a hands-on, dependable construction professional with at least 5 years of field experience who can take ownership of projects, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and help ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Various Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities on residential construction projects Supervise and communicate with employees, subcontractors, and other trades Read and interpret plans, drawings, and project specifications Ensure projects stay on schedule and work is completed according to company standards Monitor quality of workmanship and address issues in the field Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and deliveries Identify potential problems and communicate them to management promptly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Enforce proper safety practices and procedures Assist with project planning, scheduling, and daily job coordination Communicate professionally with clients, homeowners, subcontractors, and vendors when needed Perform hands-on construction work when necessary Take photos and provide regular updates on project progress Help ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and with attention to detail Other responsibilities as needed by the company Qualifications Minimum 10 years of leading construction experience Experience with both residential construction Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and sequencing Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications Strong problem-solving and communication skills Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work safely and effectively in a physically demanding construction environment Place of Work On-site Requisition ID 0003 Job Type Full Time Application Email info@wolfnj.com Apply The New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development is an equal employment opportunity employer and provides equal opportunity programs.
