Job Description Oversee luxury single-family home construction projects from inception through completion. Manage daily field operations, subcontractor activities, and site logistics. Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time. Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Conduct quality control inspections and ensure workmanship meets company standards. Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain a safe working environment. Review construction documents, plans, specifications, and project requirements. Manage material deliveries and ensure proper sequencing of construction activities. Track project progress and communicate updates to ownership and project stakeholders. Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize schedule impacts. Oversee punch-list completion and project closeout activities. Maintain positive relationships with homeowners and project partners throughout the construction process. The Successful Applicant 4 to 5 years of experience building high-end custom single-family homes. Experience managing projects as a Superintendent from groundbreaking through completion. Background in luxury residential construction, ground-up construction, renovations, or a combination of both. Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project schedules. Honest, team-oriented, and collaborative personality.
