Job Description
A top restoration company is looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager with experience on commercial projects . They need someone who is skilled with working with clients, writing, and running commercial reconstruction losses. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years commercial reconstruction and restoration background. Preferably have experience writing with Xactimate & DASH.
Core Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial reconstruction projects from initial handoff through completion.
- Oversee water, fire, mold, and catastrophic commercial rebuild projects.
- Interpret mitigation scopes and convert them into executable reconstruction plans.
- Review and validate insurance-based estimates (Xactimate preferred).
- Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors and procurement.
- Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
- Serve as primary contact for commercial clients and insurance stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, IICRC, and NJ building codes.
- Track job costs, margins, and billing approvals.
- Utilize DASH (NetGear Solutions) for job tracking and documentation
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5+ years commercial construction management experience.
- Direct experience in water/fire restoration reconstruction.
- Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration projects.
- Proficiency in DASH software (required).
- Xactimate experience preferred.
- Knowledge of NJ commercial building codes and permitting.
- Clean criminal background and clean driving record.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Spanish speaking ability is a strong plus.
- OSHA 30 preferred.
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FSRT) preferred.
