Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Summary We are seeking an Experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee and drive progress on various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in Project Supervision, maintaining a safe and secure jobsite, project scheduling and reporting to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned of the highest quality. This role requires effective communication, collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple Subcontractors in an organized and efficient manner. There are some projects that may require travel throughout the Eastern part of the United States. Please advise if you are open to those opportunities. Responsibilities Oversee all on site construction activities. Manage day to day operations and coordination of trades to realize all project objectives, and deliverables. Gather requirements from stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs. Develop and maintain daily reports, weekly report, two week look ahead schedules and site safety documentation Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful outcomes. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent within the commercial construction industry. Strong skills in project planning, requirements gathering, and program design. Familiarity with tools such as Procore and Microsoft Project. Excellent conflict management abilities with a focus on team collaboration. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

$100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
