M Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution Manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, and deadlines. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution. Budgeting & Cost Control Prepare and oversee project budgets, cost estimates, and financial forecasts. Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Team Coordination & Leadership Lead and mentor project teams, including site managers, subcontractors, and laborers. Maintain clear communication among all project stakeholders. Resolve conflicts or issues promptly to keep projects on track. Compliance & Safety Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality control.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred). Experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. Experience with Public Work or USACE projects is a plus.
