As a Construction Manager (Foreman) at Kanstrukt Group, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of multiple high-end custom home and remodeling projects in the field. You will ensure each project is built safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality, from groundbreaking through final walkthrough. You'll work closely with the Head of Construction, designers, and trade partners to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and aligned with our brand promise of excellence. Here's what you can expect: Oversee daily jobsite operations across multiple residential construction projects Supervise subcontractors and crews to ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specification Inspect work in progress and at completion to ensure the highest quality standards are consistently met Anticipate potential issues and proactively resolve construction challenges before they impact schedule or quality Coordinate subcontractor schedules and sequencing to maintain project momentum Support material ordering and delivery coordination to ensure proper material flow and avoid delays Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, and manage all required municipal inspections Lead site meetings and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and next steps Document project progress, site conditions, and key milestones Collaborate internally with each home's project manager, designer, and the selections team to support a seamless and 5-star client experience Mentor and guide field team members to drive productivity, accountability, and craftsmanship Support continuous improvement of field processes and execution standards You Are Passionate about delivering high-quality homes and exceptional client experiences A strong field leader with 3-5+ years of experience in residential construction, including field supervision Experienced in managing all phases of construction with proven ability to manage subcontractors and jobsite operations effectively Knowledgeable about construction methods, materials, and building codes across all trades Able to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proactive and solutions-driven, with the ability to anticipate issues and act decisively An effective communicator who clearly conveys expectations, updates, and direction both verbally and in writing Skilled at managing and motivating individuals and teams to perform at a high level A creative problem-solver who can adapt quickly in a dynamic construction environment Comfortable using technology, including construction management software, Excel, and Word, or G-Suite Committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and professional jobsite Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
