Union County NJ What You'll Do:

Perform routine landscape maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, pruning, and seasonal cleanups. Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist with mulch, sod, and plant installations when needed. Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment at all times. Work collaboratively with your crew to deliver top-quality service to our clients.

What We're Looking For:

Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred (but not required - we'll train the right person). Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day. Valid driver's license preferred US Citizen or have valid working papers
