The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage teams effectively. The Supervisor will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications while maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Manage project scheduling to optimize workflow and meet deadlines. Conduct construction estimating to determine project costs and resource requirements. Utilize tools such as Bluebeam for project documentation and communication. Oversee budgeting processes and track expenses throughout the project lifecycle. Train and mentor team members in construction management best practices. Perform regular inspections of work quality and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations on-site. Maintain accurate records of daily activities, materials used, and labor hours. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisor or supervisory role within the site work/civil industry. Strong knowledge of construction management principles, including budgeting and project scheduling. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
