Superintendent - Commercial Construction Albuquerque, New Mexico I'm partnered with a highly respected General Contractor with a strong reputation across the Southwest, known for delivering high-quality commercial projects and maintaining long-standing client relationships. Due to continued growth, they're looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to support an expanding pipeline of commercial builds in the Albuquerque area. This role will play a key part in leading site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard-working alongside a collaborative and well-established team. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations on ground-up and/or tenant improvement commercial projects Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
