CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

(CM) The inspector is responsible for: Reviewing workmanship quality Identifying field risks and deficiencies Ensuring construction follows drawings and specifications Detecting work outside project scope requiring change orders Communicating change order needs to Project Manager for budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination Plan the sequence of activities for each week and ensure the crew commits to the scheduled delivery dates This role requires: Strong construction experience Ability to read and fully understand construction documents Deep knowledge of all company projects and construction sequencing Proactive and self-motivated work ethic. Strong organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and follow-through. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. The ability to plan ahead, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. A collaborative attitude and commitment to team success.

The inspector is responsible for:

OSHA compliance Site safety enforcement Monitoring safe construction practices Maintaining site compliance Coordinating inspections Managing inspection checklists Ensuring required work is completed before inspections Tracking permit compliance The inspector is responsible for: Purchasing all materials and equipment Coordinating deliveries Tracking order status Verifying material quality upon delivery Managing material inventory Collecting warranties, manuals, and product documentation for project records The inspector is also responsible for: Managing company tools, vehicles, and equipment inventory Tracking usage and condition Identifying repair/replacement needs Ensuring employees properly care for company property The inspector will: Coordinate subcontractors and trade scheduling Assist the crew leader in maintaining project momentum Attend weekly meetings with Project Manager and the crew leader Monitor productivity and labor performance Ensure proper sequencing between trades The inspector is responsible for: Helping with initial interviews for construction crew hires Assisting with subcontractor selection Managing field employee conflicts and dispute resolution alongside crew leaders Monitoring employee attendance, breaks, and clock-in/out procedures The inspector is responsible for: Daily reports and project diaries Taking project photos Maintaining daily communication with Project Manager regarding: project progress issues to-do items schedule concerns field updates

Pay:

$40.00 - $70.00 per hour
