Architectural Construction Administrator

Leesak Architects currently has an opening for a qualified Construction Administrator / Sr. Project Manager to join our team of talented and innovative professionals to work on some very exciting projects. Our office specializes in industrial, commercial, and military projects. Experience in these areas is highly preferred. We are seeking an individual with the ability to work both independently in a self-directed manner as well as collaboratively within a project team. Strong organization and communication skills are essential.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Construction Administration
• Project Management
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
• Perform on-site observation of construction progress.
• Monitor and track construction changes.
• Write, prepare, construction minutes of site meetings
• Shop drawing review
• Responding to RFI's
• Monitoring contractor's payment schedule
• Responsible for client interface, project team coordination, consultant coordination and quality control

Skills/Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Architectural license
• Construction Administration (min. 5 years)
• Minimum 5 years as project manager
• Experience with industrial, commercial, and Military/DoD projects (preferred)
• Concrete tilt-up experience preferred
• BIM /Revit experience (min. 5 years)
• Experience with Newforma software a plus
• Competence with Building Codes
• Multi-task, prioritize and manage tasks
