This role is ideal for a strong leader who can manage schedules, budgets, teams, and client expectations while keeping projects moving safely and efficiently. We are looking for someone who values professionalism, accountability, and teamwork. We believe strong teams are built through professionalism, communication, accountability, and mutual respect. Key Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to keep timelines on track Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, architects, engineers, and field crews Review plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents for accuracy and compliance Track budgets, costs, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and progress reports Conduct jobsite visits to monitor safety, quality, production, and timelines Lead meetings and communicate updates clearly with all stakeholders Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to Blackstone standards Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial or heavy civil construction Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and project controls Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid , or similar platforms Ability to read blueprints, civil plans, and construction documents Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment What We Value Leadership without ego Accountability and follow-through Respect for clients, vendors, and teammates Solutions-focused mindset Pride in quality work Competitive compensation offered, and rates are negotiable based on experience and value brought to the team.
