The ideal candidate is a strong field leader who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and can successfully manage crews, coordinate trades, and drive projects forward with a focus on safety, quality, and schedule performance. This role serves as the primary on-site representative for Montbleau & Associates and is responsible for ensuring installations are completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise installation crews and subcontractors Coordinate daily field operations with project management, clients, and trade partners Manage jobsite safety, scheduling, material deliveries, and quality control Identify and resolve field issues proactively to maintain project progress Interpret drawings and installation details for field teams Maintain daily reports, documentation, and communication with stakeholders

Qualifications:

10+ years of commercial millwork installation experience Proven leadership experience managing crews of 10-30 personnel Strong understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination Ability to read blueprints, shop drawings, and technical details Proficient with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
