Founded in 2017, we're delivering low-cost and large-scale energy storage and producing battery materials in the U.S. for the first time, all from batteries we already have. General Superintendent The General Superintendent leads and oversees electricians and foremen in the field, managing team performance and keeping work aligned to project goals. The role supports the deployment and installation of Redwood's energy products, including battery energy storage systems (BESS), associated infrastructure, and solar. Superintendents are onsite daily during active work periods, which allows direct oversight of crew activity, early identification of issues, and full awareness of jobsite developments. The role also carries accountability for quality standards and safe work practices across every project phase, with an emphasis on proactive team management rather than oversight alone. This position is based at the Battery Materials Campus (BMC).
