This is a key field leadership position responsible forcoordinating crews, managing schedules and resources, maintaining safety and quality standards, andensuring projects are completed successfully from mobilization through closeout. The Superintendent will serve as the primary field representative for assigned projects and will work closelywith Sales, Operations, Administration, Foremen, crews, subcontractors, clients, and inspectors. We are looking for someone who understands the construction industry, can confidently lead field teams,communicates well, takes ownership of projects, and knows how to keep work moving when challengesarise. Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Superintendent, Foreman, Lead Foreman, or comparable construction leadership experience. Extensive fencing industry experience with demonstrated project leadership. Strong knowledge of fencing, gate, access control, and general construction methods. Proven ability to lead Foremen, crews, and subcontractors. Strong understanding of construction equipment and field operations. Knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices. Experience with project management, scheduling, and communication software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects, crews, and priorities. High school diploma or equivalent required; construction management or related degree preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between jobsites. OSHA 30 certification required. Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday Schedule may vary based on project and jobsite requirements.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
