Job Description
Electrical Superintendent Gpac is a national executive search firm specializing in recruitment for the electrical construction industry. We have been retained by a local electrical contractor in the area to find an Electrical Superintendent to join their team.

Oversee and manage all field operations on commercial, industrial, and institutional electrical projects Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and field personnel to ensure smooth workflow and productivity Supervise and mentor foremen, electricians, and apprentices to maintain high-performance standards Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company policies Review blueprints, specifications, and job site conditions to prevent issues and ensure quality installations Manage material procurement, deliveries, and site logistics to optimize efficiency Conduct site meetings and progress reports with clients, contractors, and internal teams Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve on-site challenges as needed Monitor and track job performance, reporting updates to project managers and company leadershipQualifications:
7+ years of electrical construction experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven experience managing crews and overseeing commercial, industrial, and institutional projects Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation techniques, and industry codes Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency in job site coordination and scheduling Stable work history OSHA 30 certification is a plus Preferred butNot Required:
