Job Description
job summary: Join an industry-leading, financially strong energy provider as a Utility Design Administrator in Reno, NV to help deliver sustainable solutions to over 13 million customers. This role requires a high school diploma, 1 year of experience, and AutoCAD proficiency.
Serve as the central point of contact for developers, contractors, and local agencies to ensure high customer satisfaction from project inception to completion.
Create preliminary project estimates and formally present comprehensive, accurate financial agreements to customers.
Lead pre-construction meetings with inspectors, foremen, and service managers to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to regulations.
Support emergency restoration activities and participate in the after-hours on-call supervisor rotation as needed.
