Your impact We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of major DOT transportation infrastructure projects throughout the Central Texas area . This role will oversee complex highway, roadway, bridge, and transportation improvement projects while providing leadership to construction management teams and serving as a trusted advisor to clients and project stakeholders. The Construction Project Manager will partner with our Texas PM/CM leadership team to support the growth and delivery of our transportation program. Responsibilities include managing project execution, leading multidisciplinary construction teams, developing client relationships, and supporting business development efforts with local and state transportation agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, coordinate resources, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide strategic oversight throughout the construction lifecycle. Success in this position requires strong leadership, sound technical judgment, and a proven track record managing large-scale transportation infrastructure projects. Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered instead of a related degree. 8+ plus years' of progressively challenging leadership experience on major infrastructure construction projects performing project management, project controls, procurement services and construction management for transportation infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of project delivery tools and metrics, and a proven history leading project delivery teams to successfully meet client expectations Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in the creation and procurement of new and repeat consulting work. Adept at interpersonal relationship building, conflict resolution, and leading diverse teams. Ideally, you'll also have: PE and/or CCM certification Texas Department of Transportation experience Experience with other transportation municipalities within Texas #WestPMCM #LI-CS1

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $113,400.00 to $160,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
