full-time Renewyx have partnered with a design-build general contractor building ground-up multifamily projects to bring on a Multifamily Field Superintendent. The business is sitting on a pipeline stretching roughly four and a half years out, all large-scale, wood-frame multifamily construction, so this comes with real runway and project continuity built in. ???????????? ????????????????: You'll run the field day-to-day on ground-up multifamily builds, working alongside a Lead General Superintendent rather than carrying full site responsibility solo. Expect hands-on schedule management, trade coordination, quality control, and safety oversight across wood-frame construction. ???????????????? ????????????'???????? ????????????????????:
- Around 15 years of field experience in construction, with genuine ground-up multifamily exposure
- Strong wood-frame construction background
- Comfortable working under a Lead General Superintendent as part of a larger site team ???????????????? ???????? ???????????????? (????????????????????, ???????????? ????????????????????????????????):
- OSHA 30 certification
- Prior design-build delivery experience ????????????????'???? ???????? ????????????????????:
- $120K to $140K base
- Vehicle/fuel allowance included
