Job Description
Lead People. Drive Excellence. Build a Strong Team. Mustang Transportation is seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to help lead our growing Nevada operation. This position is responsible for assisting with the daily management of our transportation site, supporting employees, coordinating operations, and ensuring exceptional service for our customers. The Site Manager will work closely with company leadership and play a key role in leading our team, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a positive workplace culture. This position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who enjoys solving problems, developing employees, and making a meaningful impact. Primary Responsibilities Assist with the day-to-day management of the Nevada operation. Lead, coach, and support drivers, dispatchers, and other operations personnel. Promote a culture centered on safety, accountability, professionalism, and customer service. Coordinate staffing and daily operational needs. Address employee concerns and provide coaching when needed. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development. Ensure company policies and procedures are followed. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and business partners. Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Step in to support operations wherever needed to ensure service commitments are met. Qualifications Proven leadership or management experience. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to lead teams with professionalism and accountability. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Willing and able to obtain a CDL with proper endorsements. Preferred Qualifications Experience managing operations, logistics, transportation, fleet services, construction, mining support, or similar industries. Experience supervising multiple employees. Commercial driving, bus transportation, or fleet experience is preferred but not required. We value strong leadership skills above industry experience and are willing to train the right candidate.
