Construction Superintendent

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to safely and efficiently lead heavy civil construction projects. This role is essential to production, safety, and quality, and works closely with field labor and operators to support successful project execution.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• A strong background in civil and site work and roadway construction including pipe installation and general earth work.
• Manage profitability and work delegation.
• Work with Project Mnager to coordinate, evaluate, and schedule workload and subcontractors to complete projects.
• Responsible for maintaining a healthy and safe work environment by enforcing standard company policies and procedures.
• Support general site operations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Five years of supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong understanding of safety and jobsite awareness.
• Commitment to quality and teamwork.
• Ability to travel, a plus.
• High school diploma or
