Job Description
Responsibilities:
Direct project planning activities by establishing schedules, coordinating milestones, and anticipating labor and material needs with owners, field teams, and trade partners.Conduct routine site visits to review progress, confirm work aligns with contract requirements, and address issues before they affect schedule or cost.
Keep project communication organized through meetings, status updates, and daily documentation so all stakeholders remain informed.
Monitor project financials by reviewing costs, approving invoices, and helping maintain performance against budget expectations.
Manage change orders by evaluating scope adjustments, negotiating terms, and ensuring revisions are documented and executed promptly.
Arrange the resources needed for successful delivery, including personnel, equipment, and tools required at each phase of the work.
Provide clear reporting to company leadership on project status, risks, timelines, and overall performance throughout the engagement.
Strengthen long-term business relationships by working closely with customers, general contractors, and subcontractors in a thorough and responsive manner.
