Construction Training Director

Job Summary CR Fletcher is currently recruiting for a Construction Training Director to lead the development and implementation of training programs tailored to the construction industry. This is a new role and a new facility and is vital in equipping their workforce with the skills, knowledge, and competencies necessary to excel. The Construction Training Director will oversee curriculum development, instructional design, and training delivery while fostering a culture of continuous learning and talent growth. Duties Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of construction training curriculum Oversee the creation of content Coordinate program management efforts by overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and evaluation processes to ensure timely delivery of training initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Qualifications Proven experience in curriculum development, instructional design, adult education principles, and program management within the construction or related industries. Exceptional communication skills with experience in public speaking, presentation delivery, and technical writing tailored for adult learners. Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
