This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage complex construction initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional management skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding results in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will drive collaboration among teams, contractors, and stakeholders to turn innovative real estate visions into reality. Responsibilities Lead the full lifecycle of construction projects, including planning, design review, procurement, scheduling, and execution. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to ensure timely delivery. Manage project budgets, perform cost estimating, and oversee financial tracking to maintain fiscal responsibility. Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications. Supervise on-site construction activities, enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and federal safety regulations, and conduct regular safety audits. Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to optimize workflow, manage crew assignments, and supervise daily operations on construction sites. Ensure quality control through regular inspections, adherence to construction regulations, and review of construction drawings for accuracy. Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors while maintaining clear communication regarding scope changes or project adjustments. Oversee project documentation including progress reports, incident logs, change orders, and compliance records. Foster a collaborative team environment by managing performance expectations and providing guidance on technical issues such as blueprint reading and schematics interpretation. Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or heavy civil construction projects with a strong background in construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and HeavyBid for estimating purposes. Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans accurately. Strong understanding of federal construction safety regulations (OSHA) and general construction safety management practices. Hands-on experience supervising construction sites with a focus on quality control and safety compliance. Excellent management skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role; ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with managing contracts, budgeting processes, project scheduling, and cost estimation techniques. Knowledge of industry-standard construction regulations and best practices for commercial development projects. Effective communication skills for managerial roles—able to liaise confidently with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Technical proficiency in tools such as Primavera P6, Primavera P3 (Primavera), OSHAsafety standards adherence tools like Ohmmeter for electrical testing when applicable.
