Review and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications. Supervise on-site construction activities, enforce safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and federal safety regulations, and conduct regular safety audits. Coordinate subcontractors and internal teams to optimize workflow, manage crew assignments, and supervise daily operations on construction sites. Ensure quality control through regular inspections, adherence to construction regulations, and review of construction drawings for accuracy. Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors while maintaining clear communication regarding scope changes or project adjustments. Oversee project documentation including progress reports, incident logs, change orders, and compliance records. Requirements Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or heavy civil construction projects with a strong background in construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam.
