Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in HVAC systems to lead complex infrastructure projects from inception to completion. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage large-scale construction initiatives, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client specifications. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of HVAC construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Develop comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to coordinate all phases of project delivery. Oversee the preparation of construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid and Civil 3D for accurate budgeting and resource allocation. Manage project teams across multiple disciplines, including subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and internal staff, fostering clear communication and collaboration. Monitor construction progress through blueprint reading, schematics analysis, and site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulatory standards. Coordinate procurement activities, contracts, change orders, and cost management strategies to optimize project efficiency. Ensure construction safety protocols are strictly followed while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. Utilize tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for document control, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and project tracking. Conduct regular project meetings to review progress, address challenges proactively, and keep stakeholders informed. Oversee construction schedule coordination and adjust plans as needed to mitigate delays or unforeseen issues. Experience Proven experience managing heavy infrastructure or large-scale HVAC construction projects with a strong track record of successful delivery. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Familiarity with construction estimating tools including HeavyBid and Civil 3D for accurate cost forecasting. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction drawings related to HVAC systems. Demonstrated ability managing teams in a construction management role while maintaining high safety standards. Experience overseeing contracts, regulatory compliance, budget management, and project documentation using platforms like ProCore or Bluebeam.
